Situated in the pretty, North Devon village of Mortehoe is 6, Bluestone Point, a spacious, tastefully decorated two bedroom holiday apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The first floor apartment overlooks the beautiful beach at Woolacombe, which is renowned for its golden sands.
At the heart of the apartment is an open plan living area, divided into a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. It really does provide the perfect setting for everyone to get together after a day exploring the stunning North Devon coastline.
The lounge features two large sofas and a comfy armchair, which are ideal for watching the large, smart TV; there is also a good selection of books and games for keeping all ages entertained.
Double doors open out from the living area onto a private balcony, from which guests can admire wonderful views of the ocean and local headlands. The balcony can also be accessed from the Master Bedroom.
The dining area has a round table that seats up to four and is located near to the well-equipped, modern kitchen, which is fitted with a good range of appliances, including a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer dryer. For more casual dining there is also a handy breakfast bar.
The first of the two bedrooms is the good sized Master, which has direct access to the balcony and enjoys sea views. The bedroom benefits from a built-in wardrobe, its own dressing area and a fully tiled en-suite wet room.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Finally, there is the family bathroom, which is fitted with a bath and detachable shower head, a WC and a wash basin.
When staying at 6, Bluestone Point guests have access to an allocated parking space in the communal car parking area, which is located opposite the apartment building. If required there is also additional parking for any visitors.
